Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Provide technical expertise in complex problem-solving scenarios.

• Technical Support to the team
• Technical reviews on cases
• Should be able to conduct triages/trainings to upskill new hires and existing resources
• Will be responsible to create a technical bench strength within the team
• Should be able to collaborate within LOBs/PODs in collaboration scenarios
• Should be able to interact and host discussions with Client(PTA’s)
• Will be responsible to review and update training curriculum
• Should be able to take high visibility and complex escalations

Should be able to audit sample cases for compliance check (Timely Closures, Follow ups etc.)

Key skills & knowledge:

• Experience with Windows Server environments, TCP/IP, and other network protocols.
• Proven experience managing, maintaining, and updating server infrastructure in an enterprise scale environment.
• Experience in technical team leadership, mentoring, coaching and building talent.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, DFS, VPN, AOVPN, Wireless, FTP etc.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clearly understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to write technical documentation.
