Requirements:

• Need a hardcore payroll who has handled end to end payroll in accounts for only payroll India.
• Include expediting the payment, TDS returns, payroll audit, payroll taxation, in depth payroll experience.
• How to prepare JD, How to do provisions.
• Who has worked on inputs, knows inputs vs outputs.
• How to generate the bank file, how to file the TDS returns.
• Should know oracle.

Primary skills:

• Knowledge on countries like Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, Nigeria (APAC & MEA) Region.
• Payroll Compliance and Audit knowledge.
• Statutory Compliance knowledge of above said countries
