Location: Pune
Salary: Upto 26 LPA
Experience: 10 – 17 years with at least 3 years experience in transition management preferably in Insurance Domain

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing all transitions within the GB portfolio
- Analysing any change requests to existing services and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes
- Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the transition outcomes
Creating detailed documentation of process documents like SOPs, Process Flows, FMEAs, SOWs, etc. and keeping them current with any changes - Create dashboards and track performance against SLAs and businesses metrics for all processes and report it per agreed cadence.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- PMI/PMP certification would be added advantage
