Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Analytics Portfolio that drives brand performance and operational execution across international, regions and affiliates as well as sub-national execution(all franchises)
• Drives strong alignment of Analytics Portfolio with evolving KPIs framework, strategic initiatives and brand portfolio
• Proactively identifies and designs analytical solutions to support international strategy, in strong collaboration with brand teams and functional leads.
• Leads development of new dashboards by designing, prototyping,deployingand testing of analytical solutions. When applicable, partners with Business Technology Solutions team (BTS) and Data Operations lead to implement data products at scale
• Leads co-creation process by including relevant partners from Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness, Medical Education, Finance, Market Research as well as Regions and Top 7 Affiliates
• Oversees active analytics portfolio, performs ongoing quality control and managing escalated problems to resolution.
• Partners with Advanced Analytics Lead and BTS to develop solutions infused with ML learning algorithms.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Undergraduate degree required. Postgraduate level degree preferred (e.g. MSc, PhD). Qualification in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Ability to run algorithms to deliver rapid business insight
• Experience in designing and developing technology solutions
• Experience in handling large complex datasets and leveraging enterprise data lake and data warehouse solutions
• Ability to lead multiple business projects across variety of stakeholders
• 8 years + professional experience and 3 years + experience in Pharmaceutical, Customer Healthcare or Cosmetics industry (inclusive of work in consulting / analytics agency)
• Strong influencing skills at International /Global level
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility & ability to travel (c. 10%)

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

• Reporting and visualization expert: Power BI
• Data wrangling: Excel + VBA, Python / R, SQL
• Experience in building machine learning models and linear programing models
• Experience with Natural Language Processing methods
• Knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies as well as open data sources
• Knowledge of CRM, digital communication and Omnichannel datasets
• Experience of leading multi-functional project teams in matrix structure to effective results
• Proven ability to manage and influence people both with and without formal authority
